Designing

All Boulder Blimp Company inflatables begin their production process under the scrutiny of our designer. Our sketch artist first develops a preliminary design for our customers. (Sketches can be quickly emailed in color for client changes in a matter of hours). Once the sketches are approved, a three-dimensional computer program is used to generate a proportional design.

Our software and inflatable-specific technology make it easy to modify or improve designs so that they result in lifelike models of products and characters. The computer model is then converted into accurately engineered flat pattern pieces that can be scaled to any size.
